SNR Industries offers free shipping on orders $49+ within the continental United States, Hawaii, and select military addresses, some exclusions apply:

• Packages shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses that have a shipping weight of 19 lbs / 304 oz and over are not eligible for free shipping. This includes but is not limited to: SuperNest Hammock, SuperNest SL Hammock, SoloPod Hammock Stand, SoloPod XL Hammock Stand, SNR Industriespod Hammock Stand, Nomad Hammock Stand, SkyPod Hanging Chair Stand, and any combination of products at or exceeding 19 lbs/304 oz.

All packages are shipped from Western North Carolina. Please refer to the UPS map below for the estimated UPS transit time.

SNR Industries is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. As UPS does not require a signature, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure location. 

Notify SNR Industries within 30 days if you do not receive your package or a portion of your order by emailing [email protected].

SNR Industries will not refund shipping costs due to shipping delays.

All orders may be subject to sales tax.

SNR Industries reserves the right to cancel any order that is deemed fraudulent or for resale.

TransitTimes&ShippingOptions

Standard Shipping – 2-7 business day transit, SNR Industries will use UPS or USPS at our discretion. If the shipping address has any delivery limitations, it’s the customer’s responsibility to notify us before shipment.

UPS Ground – 2-6 business day transit, delivers Monday through Friday.

UPS SurePost – 2-7 business day transit, delivers Monday through Saturday. Allows delivery to PO Boxes!

UPS 2nd Day Air – Guaranteed 2 business day transit, delivers Monday through Friday. To receive product for the weekend, orders must be placed by Wednesday at 2pm EST for a Friday delivery.

UPS Next Day Air – Guaranteed 1 business day transit, delivers Monday through Friday. To receive product for the weekend, orders must be placed by Thursday at 2pm EST for a Friday delivery.

USPS Priority – 2-5 business day transit, delivers Monday through Friday. Available to Alaska, Hawaii, American territories and military addresses.

Orders that ship with the Standard Shipping option will be shipped within 24 hours of submission or the following business day. Orders placed Fridays after 2:00 pm EST will ship the following Monday. Expedited orders placed before 2.00 pm EST will ship same day and orders placed after 2.00 pm EST will ship the following business day. Day of processing and UPS/USPS pickup does not count towards days of transit. Pricing will be calculated based on location and weight. SNR Industries does not determine shipping costs. Saturday delivery is not available. UPS is closed weekends and major holidays. Tracking information will be emailed to the email address on file at the time the order is processed.
